Carmela Gonzales, M.D.
Dr. Gonzales is a board-certified Neurologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist. She has been practicing for more than 10 years, having finished Neurology residency at University Hospital's Case Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. She enjoys boating and travelling with her husband and two children in her spare time.
Chadd Eaglin, M.D.
Dr. Eaglin is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed medical school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and residency training through the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Eaglin has been in practice since 2011, evaluating and treating children and adults, using evidence based methods. He provides medication management and psychotherapy services, focusing on improving psychiatric health and well-being. Dr. Eaglin began treating patients with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in 2016.

Marjorie K. Dougherty, MS, PA-C
Marjorie holds a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, from Arizona School of Allied Health Sciences 2001, Physician Assistant Degree, Western University of Allied Health Sciences 1999, Associate Degree in Nursing, RN Phoenix College 1990, Bachelor of Science Degree, Psychology Arizona State University 1987, Certifications NCCPA, ACLS and BLS Florida and DEA Licenses.
Marjorie moved to Jacksonville Beach, Florida from Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and family in August of 1999. She has been a Physician Assistant for 25 years where she worked the majority of her career at the Mayo Clinic specializing in Liver/Kidney Transplants. She worked as a hospitalist, performed procedures, and assisted in abdominal transplants and hepatobiliary surgeries. Additionally, she worked at the Mental Health Resource Center, specializing in adolescent and adult patients with a history of depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, ADD, OCD, and schizophrenia. She has also performed medical admissions, history and physicals, psychiatric evaluations, and discharges.
She has extensive research experience and has been published in several medical journals. Marjorie has a long history for mentoring surgery residents, GI Fellows, PA and research students. Her philosophy is to give her patients exceptional care.
Her hobbies include spending time at the beach, playing tennis, yoga and riding her Peloton fitness cycle.

As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the healthcare field. With a strong foundation in nursing education and clinical practice, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to patients across diverse settings. Her journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), followed by rigorous training and specialization to attain certification as an ARNP. With a deep-rooted passion for promoting health and wellness, she is dedicated to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health and supporting them on their journey to optimal well-being.
Outside of her professional life, she loves spending time with her husband and family outdoors by the pool or going for bike rides. Jennifer believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and spending time outdoors rejuvenates her mind and spirit, allowing her to return to her practice with renewed energy and focus.
